The starting point in optimising any Business Intelligence activity is to understand the data, draw it out of a company’s operational files and organise it in appropriate structures for analysis.

To properly carry out this activity, we need to outline what types of statistical analysis the client wishes to use as thoroughly as possible and, consequently, which forms and level of summary we should assign to the data base which will form the foundations on which our work is based.

In other words, we are fully aware that no useful and reliable statistical result can be produced starting with an approximate data environment. For this reason, we believe it is necessary to take meticulous care in the production and quality control of these environments.
