The meetings planned for the"CRM Systems" course of the specialised Business Management, and the Theory and Methods of Information Management degrees concludes with a case-study from Vodafone, the results obtained in the company through the application of CRM and, in particular, the prevention of churn in B2B.
The aim of these meetings is to explore the possibilities of employment of CRM systems in Italian companies and on the methods of implementation.
